Under the hood

Enterprise-grade engineering.
Startup-grade invoice.

The reason we can charge $99 isn't that we cut corners. It's that we didn't inherit twenty years of legacy architecture, a sales org, or a data center. Modern stack, small team, no bloat — and the savings land on your invoice instead of a rebrand.

Abstract visualization of Zento's layered, edge-served data architecture

Fast enough to feel unfair

A modern React front end served from the edge. Pages paint in milliseconds, registration submits instantly, and your attendees never see a spinner they can complain about.

Postgres with row-level security

Every query is filtered at the database layer, not by hopeful application code. One tenant physically cannot read another tenant's registrations.

Payments we never touch

Card details travel from your attendee straight to your payment gateway. They are never stored in our database, because the safest data is the data you don't keep.

TLS everywhere, always

Every page, every form, every webhook. Encrypted in transit end to end, with modern ciphers and no legacy fallbacks.

Transactional email that lands

Authenticated sending domains, templated confirmations and reminders, and delivery logging so you can prove the email went out.

Audit logs & alerting

Who changed what, when, and from where. Plus alerts on the events you'd want a text message about.

Multi-tenant by design

Separate brands, separate portals, separate branding — one platform, isolated data. Not a bolt-on we added later.

Backed up and boring

Automated backups, point-in-time recovery and monitored uptime. The most exciting thing about our infrastructure should be how uneventful it is.
